Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to AREA New York prior to any refund being issued. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, as bank processes for applying credits vary by institution.

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products.
